The signing ceremony between ICDL Vietnam and Ha Dong Medical College took place on February 26, 2019 in Hanoi. The agreement was endorsed by Dr. Nguyen Dang Truong, Rector of the College and Mr. Pham Hoang Cuong, Director of ICDL Vietnam.

Established in 1960, Ha Dong Medical College is Vietnam’s public administration under the People’s Committee of Hanoi City, Ministry of Health. Ha Dong Medical College along with the system of medical and pharmaceutical schools in Hanoi performs the function of training medical staff in local hospitals and neighboring provinces.

This effort sets out the basis for collaboration between the two party in promoting proficient use of ICT by Vietnamese students.

Through this partnership, Dr. Nguyen Dang Truong hopes to improve the quality of IT training and education for its students as it broadens occupational opportunities for students in the domestic and international labor market.

Speaking at ceremony, Mr. Cuong believe that acquiring ICDL certification will enhance the competitiveness of students and keeping them in tandem with the fourth industrial revolution and globalization.
